I just wanted to share the contact information for Grant Beatt of Grant’s Gardens. He is a certified Arborist and specialist for waterfront mangrove and other native species. He has helped me tremendously on a property currently under contract regarding protected wetland and mangrove issues. Grant is well versed and a great asset to have when there are issues regarding legal trimming of mangroves and native species as well as proper trimming programs.
Grant has gone out of his way to help me on several occasions and I am very impressed with his level of knowledge and ability to communicate with my client base. His contact information is below if you ever need someone who is skilled in this area he is really great! Thanks.

Grant’s knowledge of landscaping, inclusive of all aspects of plants, irrigation, water treatment, etc. heightens the success and value of any project he is involved with. As an architect who has worked closely and often with Grant, if the opportunity exists, I bring him on as a consultant without hesitation knowing the incredible benefits that I am getting. His ability to understand the relationship of the site, landscaping and irrigation with the architecture and architectural features makes the design process wonderful and extremely successful.

Lucas Lagoons has worked with Grant's Gardens on several projects and we plan to continue our collaboration in the future. It is not often that one finds a really great designer with a competent staff to keep things going and everyone on track. Grants Gardens does just that. And even more amazing is Grant's ability to listen to both the clients and those with whom he collaborates to create an end product that exceeds everyone's expectations.
We look forward to many more collaborative efforts.

Grants Gardens has been a great contributor in making the end result of our new home project exceed our expectations. Grants provided a turnkey solution with respect to the design, installation and maintenance of the landscaping for our new home. Grant's expertise and creativity in landscape design gave us a truly unique landscape plan combining plantings, water features, rock formations and lighting. Grants care and attention to detail in installation insured that the beauty of the design met its full potential. Even the basics of drainage and irrigation were addressed with the same sense of importance as the visable aspects of the project. Grants continues to make sure our landscaping looks as we hoped it would by providing ongoing maintenance. I believe one of the best ways to know how your landscaping looks is to have other people ask- who's your landscaper? That's happened to us numerous times.
